Our rate sheet is built for dual purposes.

1.The TRIAL NOW program is designed to sell a worker directly to a client for a full time position by offering 30 60 or 90 day trials with the appropriate bill rates set forth on the rate sheet.

2.The last column marked 90 days can also be used to quote and or establish a bill rate for the electrical or plumbing trades.That quote would target an $8 margin.

Note sometimes we will drop $2 from that margin in order to deliver a $6 dollar margin to the client. Any drop lower than that must be approved by upper management.
