Learn the critical function of tagging

One of the most important functions within podio is the function of TAGGING.Tagging in essence is how you would alert upper management and or key personnel that one of your leads is in need of immediate attention. The tagging function can also be used to TAG a certain lead and or a certain type of lead with a special tag that you use to track certain characteristics such as a hot lead or a call back for a certain month.

Critical note: the "OPEN CONTRACT" tag alerts your manager that a CSA (CONTRACT) needs to be sent out VS the 2nd most commonly used TAG "SENIOR FOLLOW UP" which is used to alert your manager that they will need to reach out to the client for you.
